🍛 Tofu Butter Masala
A creamy, flavorful Indian-style tofu curry!
Ingredients:
✔ 200g firm Pure Plant tofu (cubed)
✔ 1 tbsp butter or vegan butter
✔ 1 cup tomato puree
✔ ½ cup coconut milk or cashew paste
✔ 1 tsp garam masala
✔ 1 tsp cumin powder
✔ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
✔ Salt to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté tofu cubes in butter until golden. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, sauté ginger-garlic paste, then add tomato puree and spices.
3️⃣ Let it cook for 5 minutes, then add coconut milk and mix well.
4️⃣ Add tofu, simmer for 2 minutes, and serve with rice or naan!
